The Always Hope Initiative, a spiritual care outreach of YouthWorld Africa, exists to meet people in that vulnerable space—offering faith-centered encouragement, Scripture, and prayer when they are needed most.
Our Mission
The Always Hope Initiative provides free, faith-based spiritual care resources to individuals and families facing cancer and serious illness. Through devotional materials, prayer guides, and compassionate outreach, we seek to remind every person we serve that God is near, faithful, and good—even in the midst of suffering.
What We Do
Through the Always Hope Initiative, we:
- Produce Scripture-based devotional resources
- Distribute books free of charge to patients and caregivers
- Partner with hospitals, oncology units, churches, and chaplaincy programs
- Provide encouragement rooted in joy, prayer, and gratitude
Why It Matters
While medical care treats the body, the soul still needs care.
Many individuals facing illness lack access to spiritual encouragement—especially during diagnosis and treatment.
We believe hope should never depend on someone’s ability to pay.
